SWIFT Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to focus entirely on delivering high-quality, individualized care without the limitations often placed by insurance providers.

In traditional models, treatment is often restricted by visit limits, time constraints, and coverage rules. At SWIFT, your plan of care is built around your goals, your needs, and our clinical expertise—not insurance guidelines.

Payment & reimbursement

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so we recommend checking with your insurance company.

We also accept HSA and FSA payments.
